Indications :
Infections of the gastrointestinal System.
Dosage :
Poultry Prevention :
1 gm Velle Neomycin into 8 Lit. of drinking water 3-5 days.
Treatment :
1 gm Velle Neomycin into 4 Lit. of drinking water 3-5 days.
Calves, Sheep and Goats:
10gm / 100 kg body weight daily for 3-5 days.
Withdrawal Period:
Poultry: For Meat: 5days
Calves, Cows: For Meat: 3 days

Neomycin (here as water soluble Sulphate) is an antibiotic from the amino group with bacterial activity against gram-negative and gram-positive bacteria. The mode of action is bacterial and is based on inhibition of the bacterial protein synthesis. After Oral administration Neomycin will be resorbed for only a very small part therefore the activity is limited itself to the gastrointestinal system.
